Online video runs only as well as how your PC or Mac performs. As computers improve, Internet content and multimedia gets heavier, per the assumption users are keeping their computer systems current. TAPMedia cannot guarantee that every computer system and connection will experience Web Video in the way it was intended, and the only thing we can recommend is that you continue to run updates suggested by your computer manufacturer, OS supplier, Internet browser company and Adobe Flash.

Clearing Your Cache

Internet Explorer 7

Open Internet Explorer
At the top right of the window, click on "Tools"
In the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options"
If you do not see the tools menu hold down the alt and t key on the keyboard.
In the "Internet Options" window, locate the "Temporary Internet Files" section - Click "Delete"
A Delete Browsing History window will appear - Click "Delete Files"
Verify the action by clicking "Yes" to delete the files on the next window
When this is finished, click "Close," then click "OK" on the "Internet Options" window

Firefox

Open Firefox
At the top of the window, click on "Tools"
In the "Tools" menu, click on "Clear Private Data"
Make sure "Cache" is checked
Click "Clear Private Data Now"

Safari

Open Safari
At the top of the window, click on "Edit" (click "Safari" if using Mac)
Click "Empty Cache"
Click "Empty"

TAPMedia Explanation:

Browsers are created to optimize the user experience on the Internet. In order to allow for a faster viewing experience of Web pages, browsers are set up to store information about Web sites and their content on your computer. This one, reduces the amount of time you have to wait to see a page and two, reduces the amount of data sent over the Web. This is great, however, browsers do not always recognize when something has changed on the Web and require you, the user, to manually clear the memory. This memory is called cache (pronounced "cash").

TAPMedia recommends that the user clears their cache if there are unable to view a new video or if they are seeing a video that does not pertain to the site they are viewing. This may clear out previous data that was stored on your computer regarding the site or a similar site with simlilar content.
